🔹 Step 3: Relax While We Create & Deliver Once approved, we handcraft your candles in our UK studio. Your order will be carefully packed and shipped to arrive well ahead of your wedding day.

Yes! You can upload your own label design, choose one of our ready-made templates, or request something custom. We always send you a design proof before we begin production.
We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your event date, especially for custom designs. We handcraft each item with care and want to ensure timely delivery.
Yes — sample sets can be arranged so you can test scents, label options, or packaging before placing a larger order. Just contact us through the custom order form.
You'll find our recommended wedding scents on each product page, but if you're looking for something extra special, we’re happy to help. Simply choose a custom candle option and let us know your preferred scent notes— we’ll work with you to find the perfect match for your day.
We allow up to 10 working days for production to give each order the attention it deserves — especially when custom designs are involved. That said, most orders are ready within just 2–3 working days.
If your order includes personalised labels, we’ll always send you a design draft via email for approval before we begin production. Please make sure to review and approve it promptly — production can only start once we’ve received your confirmation.

Absolutely. We offer beautiful, recyclable packaging options perfect for favours, bridesmaid gifts, or keepsakes. Ask about this when placing your custom order.
Both wood wicks and cotton wick sare excellent choices — it comes down to the burn style, visual appeal, and experience you want for your wedding favours:
⚠️ Important note:
Wood wicks in small jars like our 40ml favours require a metal sustainer, which means a small amount of wax will remain at the bottom once the flame reaches the base.
If you’d like to maximize wax usage, we recommend choosing a cotton wick instead.
Shipping & Delivery
We use a 48-hour tracked delivery service through Evri or Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Standard UK shipping is £3.95. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over £40— perfect if you’re buying in bulk or bundling favours with gifts.
Not at the moment — we currently only ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding our delivery zones in the future!

Because our wedding products are made to order and often personalised, we can’t accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please review your order carefully before confirming, and feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Yes — you can cancel your order and receive a full refund, as long as the cancellation is made before your items have shipped. If your order includes custom designs, please notify us as early as possible to avoid production starting.
