- Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your package.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Return Policy

We will accept the return of an unused product within 14 days of purchase.
Refund Process

Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging and condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, it may not be eligible for a refund.
